Teldon wins six awards in the Calendar Marketing Association.

Teldon named “Top 15 Great Places to Work” in Canada: The Great Place to Work Institute recognizes high-trust, highly rewarding workplace cultures that deliver outstanding business performance in more than 50 countries on all six continents.  It has found that the very best companies have managed to create a culture where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.



Nina Wagner, a 3rd generation Wagner, becomes Manager, Manufacturing and Optimization. Teldon takes over SKM accounts with an estimated revenue of US$1.25M. With the acquisition of the accounts from a key competitor, Teldon is now in the top spot position in their field in North America.


2014 s

Teldon wins numerous awards through the Calendar Marketing Association including finalist for best wall calendar world-wide in the Black & White category for Shadows & Lights 2014 which won GOLD in its category.


2013 s

Teldon partners with non-profit organizations such as Mission Possible Vancouver, The Sharing Farm in Richmond, the Camp Kerry Society and Global Women and integrates corporate social responsibility into everyday lives of their employees. The company changes their logo to Teldon and Teldon.com.


Ryan Benn becomes President of Teldon. To put our focus on the core business, the printing division is sold.


Corp Calendar 2

Teldon wins the Best Creative Award world-wide for their corporate “A Culinary Journey” 2012 calendar through the Calendar Marketing Association and comes in 2nd world-wide for best calendar overall. Teldon and APG become separate entities so both companies can focus on their strengths. Ryan Benn remains as EVP for Teldon and President for APG.


Ryan Benn becomes Executive VP of Teldon.



Over 100 employees own shares in Teldon. Volker Wagner remains as the majority shareholder but steps aside from the day-to-day business. The company rebrands as Teldon Media Group.


Teldon wins the Business Excellence Award in the category of outstanding workplace. The same year, Teldon is listed as “one of the best places to work for in BC in 2007 & 2008”. Ryan Benn becomes VP of Teldon Publishing and remains President of APG.


Teldon builds an 80,000 sq.ft facility on the Fraser River in Richmond on Vulcan Way to house Administration and Manufacturing.


2006 s
Teldon acquires PPRB.


Ryan Benn signs on as President of APG (a Teldon Company).


Teldon acquires three local sheet fed companies and Alive Publishing Group (APG) Inc.


Wagner & Teldon rebrands to “Teldon International” with two divisions: Teldon Calendars and Teldon Press.


Gernot Wagner retires and Volker Wagner becomes majority shareholder.


1982 s

Gernot Wagner’s son, Volker, who joined the company in 1980, introduces Teldon’s first calendar program to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, which paves the way to become a major force in the Real Estate promotional business.


1975 s

Gernot Wagner buys into the company as controlling shareholder. Teldon is renamed “Wagner & Teldon”. Gursche leaves the company and Wagner focuses on advertising calendars.



Teldon is incorporated as Teldon Canada Ltd. by Siegfried Gursche.
